La Crosse and Rochester (volunteers may sign up for just one location)

Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours/month

The Practice Question Provider for La Crosse PMI is a volunteer position. This position is responsible for providing the practice question that is used at our chapter meetings. The meeting participants who get the question right get their names put into a basket for a drawing to win a door prize.
The intent is to make the practice questions similar to PMP exam practice questions, thereby giving new project managers some education value and also reminding PMPs of information they may have learned in the past but may not necessarily use on a regular basis.
The assignment would be to do the following:
- Select or create one multiple choice question related to project management
- Print the question out on paper putting the question on one side and a note page on the other side. On the note side provide a list of the dates of the upcoming PMI chapter meetings, locations, and topics if known.
- Staple a tear-off answer sheet to each page
- Bring the papers to the chapter meeting when you attend or drop them off to somebody else who will be attending.
- Ensure that the questions are distributed around the tables early, ideally prior to the meal being served.
