Four years ago, Mayo Clinic Media Support Services realized the need for a more formal project management structure within their Division. A Project Management Office was created using existing staff. Recently, the Office adopted business analysis roles and responsibilities. Members from the Media Support Services PMO will discuss their successes and challenges with implementing a PMO and Business Analysis Unit that serves a diverse group that includes artists, designers, videographers, and programmers.
