Adrian Dingley has spent 19 years working as a Human Resources professional in a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, and retail. Over the past two decades he has partnered successfully with corporate leaders to develop, deliver, implement, and evaluate initiatives in the key functional competency of Human Resources. These have included strategic planning in the fields of recruitment and retention; employee and labor relations; and total compensation, among others.
For the past ten years he has worked at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota in the role of Senior HR Service Partner. Mr. Dingley is also an adjunct faculty member at Saint Mary's University, Minnesota where he lectures on the subjects of leadership, decision making and Human Resources Management. He has a bachelor's degree in Japanese from the University of London, England, and a master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
